As of October 2021, the Greater Sydney stay at home orders have been lifted and the current Covid restrictions comprise of the following:

  • Participant numbers in training room — 4sqm rule, and updating to the 2sqm rule according to NSW Public Health Orders.
  • QR code check-in, please ensure family and friends are prepared.
  • Socially distance guests upon entering the venue, and whilst queuing to the classroom to complete attendance and payment.
  • Masks to be worn inside, and by training crew.
  • Must carry documentation evidence of their address if they are over 18yrs.
  • Must bring course documentation — refer to Bookings – What to Bring

  • All guests must be able to prove they have been fully vaccinated in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders. We will advise as Service NSW provide a QR scan for this purpose. In the event that a participant arrives without proof of meeting this requirement, they will not be permitted to enter the venue and the training room.
    • Or provide a certified medical contra-indication (being that a medical practitioner has certified, in a form approved by the CHO Chief Health Officer, that the person has a medical contra-indication to the vaccine).
    • For the unvaccinated we await NSW Public Health Orders for the date when unvaccinated participants may be allowed at a course.
Not applicable, as we do not ask for your money in advance. On arrival your payment is required by card or cash. Should an emergency unfold, we expect you immediately text Jenny on 0405 677 534 so your place can be given to another. You may attend on another date depending on location and availability.
If the NSW Government restrictions prevent the venue opening due to a lockdown, then your booking can be postponed to another available date within 6 months. Fair notice must be given.
Please immediately text Jenny on 0405 677 534 with your first name, suburb location and the number of people in your group cancelling. Giving us more notice will improve our chances of finding a replacement participants.
Sometimes, however because of the lockdown individuals and groups have been waiting for nearly 3 months to attend. We hope you will understand that our priority is to help when we can. It may be best to recommend they book a location on a future date. It would be embarrassing to un-invite them.
Home and workplace visits have been banned by all RMS Trainers since 2019. You may be able to arrange a venue near you in the future, for example in 2022 when we recover from the lockdown back-log.
